If you want your life in danger take outsurance

So outsurance deleted my complaint because I am not a client. So your clients are islands and if you can't assist and not following process, people(family) who are affected cannot lodge a complaint against your company? Pathetic!!!!! If i was not there because you guys asked your client to call you guys in the morning and she had no airtime. And not that any of your consultant care, what do you think she used to call you guys back. JESUS!! no she used my airtime. and this is not about the airtime. This is about your client claiming for something she is covered for and only to be told to call in the morning. While he is a woman with 2 year old at night!. The NERVE!
