"If you want cheaper insurance, Outsurance is not for you"

I'm appalled by the service I received from one of your managers. How do you tell a potential client that "if you want cheaper insurance, Outsurance is not for you". I've been with Outsurance before and was hoping that I could come back but after this, I doubt I'll ever join Outsurance as that statement left a bitter taste in my mouth.
