I spoke to Khashia who was supposed to send a follow up email after not being able to beat my premium. I sent an email and called but no feedback, but funny enough when I requested a quote, she called non stop. My number goes to reject when i call her direct line. I need my follow up email, you guys did not beat my current premium. What is this?
