If we can't beat your car insurance we will pay yo

Outsurance could not Better my car insurance and I was told that I would get R400.00 as per their advertising. I was given three differenct reference numbers, had phone calls plus SMS's and each time I was told that I would get an email giving me a link to a site where I could claim. The last time we had any contact was on 22 June 2015. Todate I still have not received an email or my R400.00
