If received a call a couple of weeks ago
If received a call a couple of weeks ago. The agent failed to meet my standards and promised me that I will be paid the claim for R500 or R1500 that is if I didn't claim anything in the past 3years. The also asked for me to send my claims letter showing that no claim has been made in the past 3years. Now I called and while I'm explaining what happened the agent put the phone down in my ear. That's very rude and uncalled for.
