If excellence was a person.... it would be outsurance

I have been a loyal customer to outsurance for the past 6 years. I had only put in 2 small claims until last month when I was involved in an accident. The service was excellent from all who assisted me, professional and compassionate throughout.

If you want excellence and no headaches, outsurance is the company. You might pay a little more than other insurance companies but it's worth every penny. This company is excellence personified and I will remain a customer forever. Thank you for hiring excellent staff members and being an honest company. I didn't get the name of the first gentleman who assisted me, but he and Portia Mtembu, mybclaims advisor, were excellent and compassionate throughout the process.

One less star as I am yet to receive correspondence on another matter, but I trust I will soon.
