I would say that it was very confusing

I would say that it was very confusing. The Amount of information being given in such a quick manner that you can't even focus on everything. I did not want to take out insurance yet. I only wanted to know how much it would cost and what it entails as I am only a student with limited knowladge. I asked for a quote but you kept insisting on that the quote is done telephonically but I wanted a physical quote that was to you "impossible" i am written up for the insurance now but I dont really even know what all my benifts really are. They gave me no time to think and made me feel guilty with words and using family as an "weapon" to empower what if scenarios. I am not impressed as I as a student is not ready to take out insurance without proper budgeting, thought and professional advice.
