I would like to highly commend Outsurance for the superb call back service from their call centre . After having run a call centre myself, Outsurance tops everything I've ever experienced. I received a call back with a minute of requesting it, and was spoken to and assisted by a friendly and helpful staff member who did her best to resolve my request. Thank you Outsurance!
