What could have been a very stressful and frightening situation was handled with such professionalism, care, and urgency. My son was with him on the side of the road and was understandably afraid, which made the situation even more overwhelming for us as parents. From the moment we called, the consultant kept them calm and reassured, staying on the phone to ensure they were safe while help was on the way To top it off, the tow truck arrived in record time — far quicker than we expected!
