I would like to commend your colleague, Rea Lebogo for her efficiency. Firstly, assisting us with registering our claim for recent break-in at our cottage in Bathurst. She then kept us updated with progress on the processing of our claim. I would like to add that it wasn’t easy as we were often out of contact. Regards Alison Barrett
