I would give 0 stars if I could

I have had an incident on the 29th April 2024 whereby a pedestrian ran into the side of my vehicle. I followed all the legal procedures and got an AR number submitted a claim with pictures and everything Outsurance got their approved panelbeater who only had 3 months waiting period and still could not estimate how long they would take after vehicle would be in for repairs. I ended up fixing the vehicle myself which took about 4 days. This is not the first time I have to repair my own vehicles to have them on the road in time and look presentable. Where we live we had severe storms and hail that cracked some of my vehicles windscreens I have also submitted a claim I am fighting till today to just get one windscreen at least replaced by them. Two I have already replaced out of my own pocket the consultant that deals with this have no urgency never mind if its ******* to have a view obstructed. This is the service one get for spending close to R14,000.00 a month on insurance.

I do not appreciate your concern but would rather appreciate if you can fix what I pay for every month and Yesterday already. Also one my private vehicles wont pass roadworthy also a crack screen that has been claimed and never replaced by your company, so I dont appreciate concerns but need delivery for a service I pay for every month hope it makes sense to you.

Good day your company has still not prioritized my complaints. Pg glass first batch of windscreens has left Johannesburg already. Liaan van Zyl is an absolute *********** claims consultant and does not have any customer care skills in him. He put me on hold to listen to ****py music was ill prepared when he followed up. I am losing on income on a business vehicle due to him to beimg able to sort things out. He has hanlded all my claims and none of it were successful in the past here I am stlll waiting for a claim that was made in April 2024 already. Can you get someone with more experience from Outsurance to look into my claims, or should I refer this whole matter the ombudsman?

I am still waiting and now I have to wait till Thursday just for a windscreen to be replaced due to communication between your staff and your suppliers. I wonder if your clients know that saving money on insurance does mean you either end up doing the job yourself or have endless hassles getting stuff done. I am writing the ombudsman with all my proof of emails and communications . Also from past claims as I am stuck with a vehicle which I cant drive to due window crack obstructing the driver view. Also this specific claim was submitted in April already. How many times must I write on here in order for your company to fix a simple issue???
