I WILL NOT TRUST OUTSURANCE

I was bumped by an outsurance client at the back while driving, and claimed third party( ********** 83). It was refused without interviewing the passangers I had during the crash. Their client was driving alone and they took his story as gospel because he is white and insured while I am black and not insured. I got horrible service(Mohale Khomane) because i fitted as someone who does not know hes rights. Unfortunaly they did not know i have been a life cover client of outsurance for more than 5 years and contributed more than R75000, and I thought they are a company to be trusted. But with this expirence I found out they are not to be trusted. I can not trust Outsurance. And would like to cancel my policy OT ********** 1. and my contribution paid back, as I was not willing to cancel and wanted to continue for 30+ more years, but due to the failure to conduct a proper investigation and failure on numerous times for the head of legal (Tshepiso) to call me. I will inturn make sure I convince atleast 10 family or friends to either cancel their outsurance policy or not to join it. and if they can also convince more people to do the same. I WAS A LOYAL CLIENT OF OUTSURANCE AND INTEND TO USE MY CIRCLE OF FRIENDS TO SPREAD THE WORD ON HOW HORRIBLE OUTSURANCE ARE TO THEIR CLIENTS ( AND I WILL NOT TRUST OUTSURANCE)
