I will never make use of your service every again!!

Outsurance Policy Number OT***7 - I am so fed up with your service. This is the first company that I have come across that just keep on debiting your account without your consent. I had to battle two different unexpected debit orders and bank charges for return debits R147 x 2. I was never refunded this charges. I then called and had to cancel the policy whereby I have received an sms notice on the 27th of November 2023 that this policy OT***7 has been cancelled and no further debits will be taken from my account. On the 11/12/2023 you have put another debit through my account and now I sit with unpaid fees again of R147. THANK YOU!!!!!! I demand that you refund me and if this does not take place, I will take the matter further!!!
