I went onto the Outsurance website to change and include a few items on our insurance. Once I entered all the details, and sent the document, I got a message stating that a consultant will get back to me. I logged out of the website, before I could put the phone down it rang. That is fast service. The consultant was friendly, helpful and did everything I requested. I also asked if we could have a review done on the policy. I was put through to another department as was helped very efficiently with this request by another friendly, well spoken consultant. Well done Outsurance.
