I went on the app to register my claim, and it was asked that I upload the claim form. Invoice and proof of payment, which was easy to do. Illona contacted me, checked on Archies' recovery, explained the process, and within 2 days, the claim was paid out 😁 It was my first time using pet insurance. Hopefully, I never need to use it again!
