I went into the app, because I needed assistance with a discount on my premium. I sent a callback request on the App and to my Suprise, they called back in less that 2 minutes. The agent who assisted me, lovely lady Chennai Bhene, so professional, went out of her way to asssit me , call was so pleasant, even though I did not exactly get the discount I wanted, but the service has been so good that I would rather pay an extra R250 per month to continue enjoying such excellent service
