I was with my previous insurer for 23 years & decided to make a change, change is as good as a holiday so it's said. I contacted OUTsurence & had the privilege & honour to be attended to by Ntombi Zwane a true angel. She was an absolute star she made everything just happen seamlessly & without effort while informing me the entire time what she was doing & kept me in the loop. She was emphatical & listened to what my requirements and needs were & made me feel heard, something you don't get very often, thank you for that.
