I was with a different insurance company before joining and since then I have never had any issues processing my claims with outsurance, unlike my previous insurance where I had to fight tooth and nail to get my claim approved. And the service of their call centre agents is proper, you can tell they are committed to their job and not just doing a tick box. overall 10/10
