I was very impressed with how quickly a consultant called me back after I logged a call back request, in less than a minute. He was professional and took me through the entire process. Needless to say, I move to them seamlessly from my previous insurer. I will highly recommend them as they are much cheaper and very professional. I haven't claimed yet, but hopefully the experience will be good.
