I was very happy with my interaction with my Outsurance consultant Resego. I had a difficult assignment in terms of organizing insurance over a weekend for a vehicle I was planning to buy, but had not in fact purchased yet. I wanted to make sure that I had cover in place before I purchased the vehicle, in order to have peace of mind regarding cover. Resego was able to set up a fully comprehensive policy seamlessly on the day before the transaction, which only took about 15 minutes in one phone call. As it happened, I purchased a slightly different vehicle to the one for which we had organized cover. This was no problem on the day, and Outsurance was able to update the policy changes within 5 minutes. Thank you. Using the app for the inspection component was really easy and quick as well. I was able to drive out of the dealership with a fully covered vehicle and peace of mind, with a really easy process. Thank you Outsurance for your service and help!
