I was the first time user of any insurance whatsoever

I was the first time user of any insurance whatsoever. With 100% I can say that I was stressed at first, but after giving outsurance a call and explained my whole situation and what happened the lady calmly just said to me I don't have to worry and that I must just give the claim number to the other party and they must give them a call. In a matter of maybe 2 minutes she calmed my soul and I just knew everything was going to be ok. I knew instantly i have made the right decision to be part of the Outsurance family.
