I was surprised at the level of service provided by Outsurance (Tracy Naidoo) after lodging my claim for damages to my car on the app. They contacted me when it took longer than expected for the service provider to complete the work - asking if they had to intervene. I was happy to wait since the use of the courtesy car could be extended without any problems. Wonderful service!
