I was stunned by the excellent service I received from Jasmin Eybers. I contacted the Call Center and within minutes I got a call and email back from Jasmin with all the relevant information. I submitted the claim and the same day they rep**** that that the claim is approved and 2 days later the money was in my bank account. To deal with OUTSurance was very satisfying.
