I was so impressed with the service I received from Thabo. He was professional yet friendly and conversational. I always felt in control throughout the process, and never like I was being forced into something that I dont want. He was kind and made sure I understood everything. Due to my work and home life commitments, I have very small windows of time to take calls. Thabo called on time, never complained that I was difficult to reach and was always kind. I was very impressed with Thabo and he was the main reason I finalized my application.
