I was recently involved in a small incident and had to claim from insurance via 3rd party. I was assured quickly when the operated heard both parties are with OUTsurance. It took some time from here and I started to feel forgotten and I then phoned and got through to an amazing operator that supported me seamlessly. Now just waiting on the 3rd party to pay
