I was previously with another insurer, and claiming from them was always a pain. And when it came to the work being done, it always felt like the bare minimum to get away with being able to say that it has been dealt with. Now, with my experience with OUTsurance on my claim, the experience has been totally different. Not only was there no hassle in the claims process itself, but the panelbeater - A1 Panel Shop in Cape Town - has got to be the best panelbeater in the world! They went above and beyond, got my car to looking almost brand new, and they did it all ahead of schedule. They communicated with me so well and I don’t want to go to any other panel shop again for any future incidents. I’m truly happy with the way this all panned out, and my car is happy too.
