I was pleasantly surprised with the service received from Outsurance agent wheni had to review my monthly premium contributions due to downgrading my cover. The gentleman was extremely polite and understanding and went the extra mile to ensure I was not going to under insure my contents and comprehensive cover. I was very pleased with the lower premium as this was more than I had expected, and I was also going to be refunded the surplus deducted for the remainder of the month. Hats off to Outsurance for fantastic service 👏
