I was out of town and had extraordinary incident at home. Outsurance was extremely calm and helpfull the next day. On the Monday the assesor arranged an appointment and the next day I already received feedback. My claim was approved and I only paid one amount access and not double due to circumstances out of my control. I am not changing insurers and sticking with Outsurance to cover my new asset.
