I was looking for pet insurance and wen i googled I decided to check out their website. A few minutes later i received a call. The agent Tlotli Kanye was amazing...he knew exactly the right questions to ask to put my mind at ease. However, when i got home, my daughter had also called another insurer so i was in two minds. I called outsurance again the next day, asking to cancel the policy and was transfered to Lesedi...he was very knowledgeable about the competitor and explained the differences without once bringing the other provider into disrepute. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism in that regard and decided then to remain with Outsurance.
