I was looking for a reasonable car insurance for a pensioner and I spoke to a wonderful woman named Glenda Mdlovu. Normally the quote takes very long to complete and very frustrating and I work on the switchboard which makes it more difficult to answer all the question to get the quotes. It wasn't so bad the time it took and she was very friendly and patient with me. I wish more call centre agents were like her. Thank you Glenda
