I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in February. I phoned Outsurance to report the accident and to claim. I was assisted by Mr Khan who registered the complaint and went through the whole process with me. He arranged inspection for my car and also explained in detail the car rental procedures because that was part of my policy. He even informed me who and where the panelbeaters was who will repair my car. All arrangements went according to plan as explained. He contact me regularly to kept me updated. I know that the parts of my vehicle will only arrived on 23 April 2025. I also have funeral cover from OUTsurance and recently request to add my sister which was done professionally with all explanations.
