I was involved in a car accident a couple of weeks ago and my experience with Outsurance was seamless and absolutely excellent. I called Outsurance from the side of the road - not only was towing quickly approved and a lift home organised, but the lovely lady I dealt with (Pamela) called me an hour later to make sure I had gotten home okay. I logged my claim on the app and received a call early the next morning to walk me through the next steps. After my car was written off, Outsurance gave me clear instructions on what needed to happen to pay out my claim and made it as easy as possible. Finally, when I needed insurance for my new car, they gave me a great quote. At every step, their communication was clear and everyone I spoke to was friendly and eager to help. A massive thank you to Outsurance for making sure a horrible event wasn’t followed by a horrible admin experience!
