I was in the rural areas previously, probably 4-5 years back, I drove into the ditch. I had to hire the nearest towing truck to remove my vehicle to a safer place because it was in the dark and in winter. Then I have to pay that towing company. Almost a month later I came back to Capetown , I then called them explaining as to what had happened, they have never give me hard time that I have never called on the day of the incident, they just rembes me/ paid me back some of the money I paid towards the other towing company. I recommend them in keeping their promises, they have never rejected me that I am bringing them an old story. Thank you Out surance that is why I came back to you again.
