I was in the process of purchasing a new car

I was in the process of purchasing a new car. I was covered by another insurer were I was claim free for over 3yrs. I asked them for a quote and I was not happy with it. So I called Outsurance, I got a quote and it was substantially less. And this was without me telling them what the other insurer quoted me. I asked them to call me back in 2hrs as I wanted to find out what my current insurer would do about it. I then went back to my insurer and told them that Outsurance beat their offer and asked what they going to do about it, they dropped their price because now they felt that “I qualified for”. The discount was still a few hundred Rands more than what Outsurance quoted me on. The Outsurance guy (sorry sir but I can’t remember your name) called me back on the exact time I asked him to call me. I asked him again to just walk me through the cover and the price and access, which he gladly did, and I signed up straight away! Hassle free, and saving over R600 a month, what more could you ask for!
