I was in an accident where I was stationery waiting for the robot and a car knocked me from behind admitted it was his fault. I called outsurance and claim.was registered on the scene. I was about 4 km from work. Bybthe time I reached my office the appointment for the assessor was done. I went to the assessor the next day and immediately a panel beater was allocated. As outsurance is super fast and if I opted for the third party my.car would have only been fixed in May 2025. Outsurance legal.department is fighting for my damages and access. My car is new still new and the entire boot is being replaced. Well done to a team that thinks of the customers needs although I cannot change what happen the transition process was tops.
