I was in an accident and from the start the service was absolutely outstanding. Outsurance phoned me numerous time while I was on the accident scene to see how I am doing, am I safe, is the ambulance on its way. This carried on untill I was at the hospital. They followed up with me regarding the claim constantly and we received a rental car the following day. The claim has almost been completed and it has only been a week. They also offered met trauma counselling as part of their service. I am just very very impressed
