I was honestly in the process of switching to a competitor because they offered me a better rate, but OUTsurance came back and actually reworked my cover — they lowered both my excess and my monthly contribution to match and even improve on what I was being offered elsewhere. The customer care experience was genuinely amazing throughout. Friendly, fast, and actually helpful (which isn’t always the case with insurers).
