I was helped in a very professional yet personal manner. I felt like I was treated with respect and they went the extra mile to get me the best possible premium. I didn’t receive that kind of service from my own insurer (Discovery). I purchased a new car and wanted to replace my sold car with the new and they just charged me more without any incentive as an existing customer. I quickly then called OUTsurance to enquire about my benefits and premium. I quickly realised that I had to make the switch! Exceptionally happy with the service I’ve received and hope it continues to be the experience. OUTsurance’s app makes it all a whole lot sweeter because it will help me track everything on-the-go. Discovery certainly made that quite difficult.
