I was having a really negative experience with my previous insurance provider. I called OUTsurance and firstly, they acknowledged my issue with my then provider and validated that it was unfair treatment. That alone made feel like I’m being treated like a human being and not a payment. The service I received was splendid! It was joyful, light and helpful. Just from that experience alone, I’m happy to be a customer.
