I was expecting a lot of questions when I asked for my policy to be reviewed ito affordability because I am a pensioner and battling to afford my increased premium. Instead, the Review Manager only asked me 2 questions regarding my home loan and my car finance, but they are both fully paid and not financed. Then she immediately reduced my premium to a more affordable amount. I am truely thankful to Outsurance for their excellent customer service and client care over all these years. The lady who assisted me was very helpfull, understanding, efficient and very friendly. Thank you!
