I was disappointed with your review dept Thabo not even considering my request and was quite blasé when I mentioned my considering moving after being with you for 20 years, having 3 separate policies. I asked him to at least refer my request and he declined. My premiums for my policies total in excess of R11000pm. Not happy with their response without giving me recourse to discuss.
