I was concerned about my pet insurance getting a bit pricey for our budget this year and eventually got round to requesting a call from Outsurance. The representative was so good at taking a look over how I’ve been using the policy and making recommendations to reduce the cost by moving to a lower tier. It gets confusing to read through loads of info and tables so it was very helpful for her to explain the differences and benefits to me. She was clear and helpful. We’re in a better position now with our monthly budget and still well covered. 😊
