I was assisted by Rodney first and again by another lady, I may have misheard her name (Pretty) but I'm sure my call logs can show. Rodney was super kind and efficient until my airtime cut off and he tried calling me back but my true caller had automatically blocked call center lines, I called back again and got through to the lady mentioned above and once again hassle free provided me with the same info and kindness as Rodney did, I must say their efficiently and product knowledge solved all my worries and my missed debit order is in place as per my request. Blessings to both of them and Outsurance Team as there is never a Dull moment!🙏🏽
