I was assisted by RAY ABRAHAMS, altough I work at a vet clinic, he answered all my questions regarding if my new puppy should ever need surgery. It is nice to know they have a fixed amount that needs to be paid like with other insurances you never know what the actual excess amount will be. He was friendly and I will definitely recommend outsurance to any pet parent.
