I was assisted by an extremely polite, respectful and friendly gentleman named Marcell van Schalkwyk who guided me through the process from day 1 and always kept to his word with regards to follow ups and feedback and also to lend a ear on the post traumatic stress of a the car accident I had, he was very reassuring and confident about the entire process from beginning to end. Also got a call from Sipho Mdluli from the legal department to assist me to get back my excess from the person who drove into me and Sipho was just as helpful, polite, respectful and reassuring as Marcell, these 2 gentlemen are real assets to outsurance, an extremely pleasant experience considering what I went through.
