I was admitted to hospital , just came out of theatre , my husband was coming from Amanzimtoti after work and the car broke down on the N2 on the side of the road , he is not well and was terrified as it was outside spaghetti junction , I was terrified for him Friends could not get to him on time as it was 4,30 peak hour traffic ! I went onto OUTsurance app The consultant called me back in 1 minute and reassured me everything was going to be ok They linked me onto Oscar the tow truck driver and he kept me up to date as to how he was as by that time my husband phone battery had died ! Oscar had found my husband and towed the car home safely The consultant assured me the entire time and even called me when the tow was completed I was never more vulnerable and scared and OUTsurance really saved our lives , literally ! I have been with them less than one year don’t think I will ever change , I cannot thank them enough for assisting us in such a professional and calm manner. !
