I was absolutely devestated when I accidentally bumped my car

I was absolutely devestated when I accidentally bumped my car. Never in my life I have ever bumped one of my cars. I was not fami**** with the procedure to claim from OUTsurance. When I contacted them, the assistant was very sympathetic and supportive. The instructions he gave me, were clear and very easy to follow. The assessment of my car was done in a very professional manner.They followed up to check when my car was ready after panelbeating. OUTsurance feels like family members helping you out when in trouble. Amazing people and service. I highly recommend them!
