I was absolutely amazed by your consultant, Rafilwe. She was knowledgeable about Outsurance's products on offer, put me at ease, was extremely kind, friendly and didnt mind at all when i interrupted her to ask a few questions. My son, Jordan Sadie, who's an existing customer of yours, recommended Outsurance bec he's also a 'very satisfied' new customer. I purchased a brand new Jaecoo J7, and totally forgot about the necessary insurance. So please relay my gratitude to Refilwe from your Durban branch.
