I wanted to move my Pet insurance to Virseker, however the consultant at Outsurance did advice me that the copayment at the new insurer will have a 10% copayment of the overall amount where Outsurance has a fixed co-payment, and that was just one of the things that the Consultant clarified why I should not move over! After we were done speaking they offered me a new premium and to be very honest! it's the best service that I have ever experienced. The staff is always friendly and the service is out of this world!
