I wanted to insure my car and just clicked on “quote” late at night from the OUTsurance app and I got a call the following morning around 8am. Honestly I thought I will get a message, I did not expect a call and oh how patient they were on the phone. It was my first time having to insure anything so some questions I did not have an immediate answer to (i.e the make and year of the car,etc) but they had to call me again as I went and gathered that information.
